Supporters are advised to read the below information, provided by our hosts.

Fans with additional needs:

We have limited availability for fans requiring wheelchair bays so please pay particular attention the instructions regarding the purchase of these.

This also applies for fans needing disabled parking.

Any fans who are ambulant disabled but think they may struggle to manage the short flight of stairs in our away end can ask one of the stewards on arrival to allow them to enter at ground level in order to access some lower-level seating. We can also provide access to a disabled toilet or a Changing Places facility, unfortunately in the home end. We also have a quiet room which can be used for supporters who may have sensory requirements, for breastfeeding or prayer. These can all be accessed by speaking to a steward. We also have stoma friendly toilets in the away end.

Car Parking:

Official car parking is available but there are limited spaces online for £6 at www.trfctickets.co.uk subject to availability. We have 5 accessible car park spaces reserved for away supporters and these must be booked in advance by calling our ticket office on 03330 144452 (Please speak to Kate or Liz).

The Mersey Clipper pub next door also provides parking at a cost – payable on the day – but this is a very small car park and does often fill up fast.

On occasion Shaftesbury Youth Club will offer parking next door to Prenton Park on Borough Rd. Please keep an eye on our twitter pages for match day information

Please be mindful that all roads around Prenton Park are resident parking only and there will be road closures in place around the ground from approximately an hour ahead of kick-off and for the 30 minutes following the game.

Coaches:

Coaches will be able to drop off on Borough Road alongside the away end, before being usually parked up on the main road or on Prenton Road West (dependent on number of coaches). The coaches will then be moved or remain on Prenton Road West (behind the away end) before the end of the match.

Train Travel:

Fans travelling from Liverpool/Chester should alight at either Birkenhead Central or Rock Ferry Station (Merseyrail) - both are around a 15-20 minute walk from the stadium. Alternatively, taxis can be found outside both Chester and Liverpool station - it is significantly cheaper to travel by taxi from Liverpool but it can still be expensive due to the tunnel charges.

Important Info:
- We'd like to take this time to remind fans that Prenton Park is a no smoking stadium, including e-cigarettes.

- There is also a strict no pyro policy in place. Should a pyro be set off, the food and drink outlets will be closed immediately to protect the safety of staff at Prenton Park.

- Our away stand is a reserved seating stand. Fans who persistently stand may be ejected.

- Flags, complete with a fire safety certificate are permitted and fans should alert a steward on arrival at the away end to be shown where to place their flags.
- Drums are usually permitted, however we ask for drums and any other instruments fans contact us in advance either via email or social media so we can ensure the stewards are informed.

- We would also like to make you and your supporters aware of TRFC’s Match Day Incident Line which can be contacted if a supporter hears any discriminatory or threatening language, or to report something that needs immediate attention. The number is 07399 152692. The Kick it Out app can also be used to report any incidents at Prenton Park.

PLEASE NOTE: All persons seeking entrance to the Ground acknowledge the Club’s right to search any person entering the Ground and to refuse entry to or eject from the Ground any person refusing to submit to such a search.

Local food and drink:

Away fans are typically welcomed into our Fan Park outside the ground, however this can be particularly busy in the hour before kick-off.

Small groups of away fans are welcome in the Mersey Clipper pub, which is a short walk from the stadium. There are also a number of pubs in Liverpool and Chester which fans may prefer to stop at if travelling by train. The Hooton Arms CH62 0AN is a decent stop for coaches too (if you call them beforehand they will sometimes offer food).  Our DFO from Merseyside Police will be in touch if there are any restrictions on where your fans can visit. There is your usual hot food and drinks, as well as alcohol served in the away end (cash and card accepted) but there is also a small Tesco and a few takeaways found on Borough Road near the ground.

Cash point:
The nearest cash point is on Borough Rd just behind the away end, about 50 metres walk outside Tesco's or alternatively, for anyone walking from Rock Ferry Station, there are cash points on Mount Rd which is a few hundred meters from Prenton Park
