• Where can I buy tickets?
If you're wishing to purchase tickets for any home match at One Call Stadium, you can purchase tickets from our ticket office on Quarry Lane, either in person or via telephone on 01623 482 482.
Alternatively, tickets can also be purchased online from www.stagstickets.co.uk.

• How do I get to One Call Stadium?

• Where can I buy a replica shirt?
Those wishing to purchase any Stags’ merchandise can visit the club shop on Quarry Lane or the merchandise stall outside the Sandy Pate Sports Bar.
The club shop is situated next to the ticket office at the rear of the Quarry Lane End, whilst the merchandise stall, which is behind the Ian Greaves Stand and only open on matchdays, stocks a range of items.

• Can I get something to eat and drink before the match?
The Sandy Pate Sports Bar is open from 8.00am on a home matchday and they serve breakfast until 11.00am. After that, the food counter will have chip cobs, curry, hotdogs, burgers and mushy peas available to purchase until kick-off.
• Can I park at the ground?
We have 130 car parking spaces at One Call Stadium, however these are extremely limited and are allocated on a first-come-first served basis at a cost of £5.
Alternatively, the following sites are advisable, owned by Mansfield District Council and with easy access to the One Call Stadium are Grove Street, Victoria Street, Garden Road and Church Lane
Charges are as follows:
Grove St 70p/hr (reduces to 50p/hr from 01 April)
Victoria St 50p/hr
Garden Rd 50p/hr
Church Lane 80p/hr
All of the above pay and display surface level car parks offer cashless parking via RingGo as an additional way to pay.
Every car park has a unique code so people can either pay over the phone, by text, online or by using a free smartphone app.

• Where can I park if I am disabled
There is limited on-site parking at One Call Stadium, which can be pre-booked by calling 01623 482 482. Vehicles are charged at £5 and are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Can I listen to the match at the stadium if I am partially sighted?
Yes. Audio-descriptive commentary is available for every home first team game. To pre-book a receiver call 01623 482 482. Alternatively, receivers are available on request from the Kevin Bird Suite entrance (at the rear of the Ian Greaves Stand) from 1.00pm.
• Where can I buy a matchday programme?
Our 80-page award-winning matchday programme, The Stag, is available from various outlets around the ground.
We have a number of programme sellers dotted around the ground before the game, before they enter the stand once the match kicks off and they’ll be selling until the end of half-time.
Furthermore, The Stag is available to purchase for just £3 from the club shop on Quarry Lane, the Sandy Pate Sports Bar or the merchandise stall behind the Ian Greaves Stand.
• How much does food cost inside the ground?
