One Call Stadium boasts exceptional facilities for disabled supporters, with over 100 spaces available.

Supporters can visit the matchday ticket office (next to the main ticket office on Quarry Lane) and purchase tickets. Supporters who wish to pay with cash only can also buy matchday tickets in a fast-track queue.

The prices for tickets bought in advance of matchday are as follows:

The above prices also includes a match ticket for a carer.

A person is eligible for a free carer's ticket if they have:

- Proof of entitlement to the higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA)

- Proof of entitlement to the enhanced rate of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

- A copy of registration documents which certify Registered Blind status or qualifying documentation from a registered optician equivalent to registration requirements

The precise number of seats for disabled supporters are as follows: Ian Greaves Lower (50), Quarry Lane (35), North Stand (28).
