Sean began his professional career at Aston Villa Football Club, learning tactics which eventually led him to becoming an analyst.
Sean joined former boss Adam Murray's backroom staff in February 2015 to head the club's new performance analyst department.
Prior to his appointment at One Call Stadium, Sean also enjoyed spells at West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield United.
His role includes the recording of matches and providing tactical analysis and reports on the first team's next opponents, monitoring at all aspects of play such as passes ratio, goal attempts, player marking etc.
This is the first time that the club has had the luxury of an analyst department.
