Mansfield Town will seek innovative ways to widen the spectator access to our fixtures, which take place at One Call Stadium. The club shall offer an appropriate band of ticket prices.
MTFC operates an all-ticket policy at the turnstiles for both home and visiting supporters (cashless turnstiles).
Supporters wishing to purchase home matchday tickets may do so either:
Those supporters who purchase tickets by telephone can either collect their tickets at One Call Stadium or have them sent out by post to the address provided at the time of purchase, for an additional charge of £3 (secure tracking postal charge).
For a weekend match, the latest time that tickets will be sent out by post is at 5pm on Monday. For a midweek match, the latest time that tickets will be sent out by post is at 5pm on Wednesday.
Mansfield Town intends to make at least 5% of tickets for every home match available to non-season ticket holders. However, the club reserves the right to vary arrangements at its discretion for individual matches, but as much notice as possible will be given.
Specific match ticketing strategy:
Visiting clubs will receive their ticket allocation three weeks prior to their visit to the One Call stadium for sale to their supporters with the following advice from the MTFC ticket office manager.
For games where the away attendance will be high, and where the away attendance is expected to contain a high percentage of risk supporters, MTFC will endeavour to work with the visiting club’s ticket office to ensure that:

Ticketing Policy for U18 home supporters:
Under-18 supporters are considered to be minors and so fall under the clubs Safeguarding Policies and Event Safeguarding Plan.
Following advice and guidance from the EFL Safeguarding Lead, the club has resolved to introduce a compulsory, free membership scheme for all U16 supporters.
This membership scheme can be used to allow this group of supporters’ access to premium game tickets for the FA Cup or other cup competitions where demand may be greater than usual. However, this policy cannot be implemented at this time and so will be phased in over the next year for the 2020/21 season.
In order to become a member, the supporter must complete a membership form either on-line or paper based to be presented to the ticket office. The form will require the minor to provide:
Tickets will not be sold to U16s who do not supply this information.
Supporters who are U14 will not be sold tickets for the IGS Upper tier blocks N, P, Q or R unless accompanied by an adult with an adjoining seat ticket. Adult supporters who purchase season tickets should consider this at the time of purchase. The club will relocate tickets on a match-by-match basis if required to allow minors to sit with parents or guardians.
Furthermore, the club will implement that supporters who are under 13 years of age will only be sold tickets when accompanied by an adult with a valid adjoining seat ticket. Adult supporters who purchase season tickets should consider this at the time of purchase.
Junior season tickets will not be sold unless accompanied with an adjoining adult season ticket.
The club will relocate tickets on a match by match basis if required to allow minors to sit with parents or guardians. Minors under the age of 13 will not be admitted through the turnstiles without the accompanying adult.
The decision to implement this policy has not been taken lightly, and whilst it may seem to be onerous in the first instance it will allow the club to comply with it’s Duty of Care to U18 supporters and to ensure that all National Safeguarding guidelines and procedures are followed by the club.
This is a legal duty and we ask that parents and guardians help us to comply with legislation by assisting U18 supporters to both obtain and complete the membership form either online or via the club ticket office.
