Defender Elliott Hewitt will be out of action for the majority of next season after suffering an ACL injury at home to Leyton Orient last month.

Full-back Stephen McLaughlin will miss the rest of the campaign also (knee).

Midfielders Louis Reed and Ollie Clarke will be assessed ahead of the trip to Colchester.

John-Joe O'Toole trained for the first time this week since sustaining a foot injury, but Monday is likely to come too soon for the centre-back.
