The Stags are at One Call Stadium this Saturday for a Sky Bet League Two clash with Leyton Orient (3pm kick-off). Here’s all you need to know…
- This Saturday’s match is designated as the club’s HerGameToo fixture, as the club continues to support equality in football. Emma Penlington - the club’s HerGameToo representative - and guests, will be leading out the teams.
- The weekend’s encounter has been made all-ticket. Tickets can be purchased until 5pm on Friday in person and over the phone (01623 482 482, option 1) and until midnight on Friday at: stagstickets.co.uk
- The club advises supporters to enter the stadium as early as possible once turnstiles open at 1.30pm.
- Pyrotechnic detection dogs will be on duty outside of the home and away turnstiles to ensure the safety of fellow supporters.
- The One Call Stadium car park will be closed 15 minutes prior to full-time until footfall reaches a safe level to enable supporters to leave the ground on foot.
- The gate between the North Stand and Ian Greaves Stand will be closed 15 minutes prior to full-time until Leyton Orient supporters’ coaches have left the ground.
Callum Johnson will miss this weekend’s clash with league leaders Leyton Orient due to a groin injury.
Christy Pym has returned to training following his absence from the squad at AFC Wimbledon due to illness and will be assessed prior to this weekend’s encounter.
Defender Elliott Hewitt will also be assessed ahead of Saturday’s visit of the O’s after missing Stags’ 3-1 win in South West London last time out.
It is unlikely that left-back Stephen McLaughlin will be fit in time to feature at the weekend.
Forward Rhys Oates has a chance of being involved.
Will Swan will miss the rest of the season due to an ankle injury sustained in training.
Anthony Hartigan had a successful operation following a shoulder injury sustained at Walsall on New Year’s Day but is likely to miss the remainder of the campaign.
The referee for the game is Robert Madden. Mr. Madden will be assisted by Conor Brown, Darren Williams and fourth official, Oliver Bickle.
This Saturday’s fixture has been made an all-ticket contest.
In order to maximise the capacity of One Call Stadium, the decision to transfer to all-ticket means that tickets cannot be purchased on the day of the game but allows approximately 700 additional tickets to be made available for home supporters.
Supporters will be able to collect their tickets on the day of the game, however, purchases need to be completed in person at the ticket office or via telephone (01623 482 482, option 1) by 5pm on Friday 10 March.
Tickets are available to purchase online via www.stagstickets.co.uk until midnight on Friday 10 March.
The decision to transfer to all-ticket applies to home supporters only.
Moreover, with a high demand for tickets this weekend, the club is eager to ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy Saturday’s hotly anticipated match.
With this in mind, the club kindly asks season ticket holders who are unable to attend this weekend’s game to consider donating their seat back to the club for this match.
Season ticket holders can do so by e-mailing their name, stand, block and seat to ticketoffice@mansfieldtown.net
Supporters are reminded that One Call Stadium operates an allocated seating policy.
Supporters therefore must be seated in accordance to the seat issued on their purchased match ticket.
