Stags set new record in season ticket sales

15 June 2023

Mansfield Town have now sold over 4,700 season tickets as excitement builds ahead of the 2023/24 campaign, the club are delighted to announce.

The latest figure becomes a modern-day record for the Stags, surpassing last season’s total of 4,686 (includes half-season ticket sales).

In 2022/23, season ticket sales contributed to the club’s highest average home attendance since 1977/78, as Stags recorded an average gate of 6,696.

Owners John & Carolyn Radford said: “We’re absolutely delighted to see the club set a new record for season ticket sales.

“Our season ticket holders are an integral part of what makes our club so special and we’d like to express our gratitude to everyone who has purchased a season ticket ahead of the new campaign.

“The club is going from strength-to-strength and our record number of season ticket sales is a reflection of the progress which we’re endeavoring to make.

“We can’t wait for next season and are greatly looking forward to welcoming back all of our supporters to One Call Stadium.”

Last week, Stags launched a new, interest-free direct debit option that enables supporters to spread the cost of their standard-price season ticket across seven months.
