Mansfield Town face Alfreton Town this Saturday for a pre-season friendly at The Impact Arena (3pm kick-off).
Stags’ first fixture of pre-season took place on Tuesday evening as Mansfield beat Retford United 8-0 at Cannon Park.
James Gale, Lucas Akins (3), Callum Johnson, Will Swan, Davis Keillor-Dunn and an own goal proved the difference.
