Preview: Bradford City v Stags

The Stags are in Sky Bet League Two action this Saturday (04 February) away at Bradford (3pm kick-off). Here’s all you need to know…

Midfielder Hiram Boateng will be assessed ahead of Saturday’s trip to Bradford City after picking up a knock in Stags’ 4-1 win over Doncaster Rovers last weekend.

Left wing-back Stephen McLaughlin went for a scan on Monday after picking up an ankle injury last weekend against Rovers and will be assessed.

Goalkeeper Christy Pym will be assessed after dislocating a finger prior to Stags’ clash with Doncaster.

Midfielder George Maris is available for selection after serving a one match suspension.

Anthony Hartigan had a successful operation following a shoulder injury sustained at Walsall on New Year’s Day, but is likely to be sidelined for the next three months.

The referee for Saturday afternoon’s match is Alan Young. Mr. Young will be assisted by Steven Rushton, Alan Clayton and fourth official, Darren Handley.

The club sold out its initial allocation of 1,200 tickets.

A further 766 tickets have been made available in the upper tier of the TL Dallas Stand and we have sold over 1,730 tickets in total as of Tuesday 31 January. Our hosts have informed us that there is no alcohol available in this stand and hot food and cold beverages are limited. 

Tickets are now on general sale and can be purchased online at: stagstickets.co.uk, via telephone (01623 482 482, option 1) or in person at One Call Stadium.

Prices for tickets purchased in advance of matchday are as follows:

Adults (24-65): £20

Senior (65+): £18

Young Person (17-23): £18

Youth (12-16): £10

*Junior (11 & under): £5

*Junior must be purchased with full paying adult or senior

No cash sales will be available on matchday. If tickets are remaining on matchday, there will be a £5 increase on ticket prices in all categories.

Ambulant disabled must be in receipt of the DLA or PIP on the higher level or middle rate for mobility. The club has three sets of wheelchair tickets which are available to purchase from Stags’ ticket office.

Sandy’s Bar & Kitchen will be open from 9am, serving bacon and sausage cobs. 

Our official fans’ club – the Stags Supporters’ Association – are providing family friendly coach travel to Bradford.

Coaches will depart at 11.15am from One Call Stadium.

Coach prices are as follows:

Amber/Junior Members: £15

Blue Members: £20

Non-Members: £25

Prior to Stags’ League Two clash on Saturday there will be a collection outside of Bradford’s stadium for the Peter Greenwood Trust Fund, who look to raise money for deaf/hearing impaired post-16 students throughout the UK.

Donations can be made by cash or card.
