Mansfield Town Football Club is seeking to recruit a ticket office/club shop assistant with exemplary customer service and organisational skills.
The successful candidate should also be able to work under pressure to the highest of standards.
The successful candidate will be fulfilling the following duties, amongst others:
-Serve customers and supporters to the highest levels of customer service in an industrious ticket office and club shop
-Answer telephone calls and deal with phone orders and queries
-Stock the shop with retail items ensuring enough stock is on display in a well-presented manner
-Deal with online shop and ticketing orders
-Cover for when the full time staff are off
This is a part-time position, with the successful candidate expected to work on Saturday home matchdays and when the first team play at home in mid-week (evenings)

Part-time hours: 25 per week (including matchday)
