The Stags have been allocated ball number 28 in Monday's Emirates FA Cup first round draw.
The draw will be broadcast live on BBC Two on Monday 17 October 2022 from 7pm.
League One and League Two clubs will enter the draw and ties are to be played between Friday 04 November 2022 and Monday 07 November 2022.
Stags bowed out of the competition at the third round last season after Championship side Middlesbrough scored in injury time to claim a 3-2 victory at One Call Stadium.
