Mansfield Town is delighted to announce a freeze on season ticket pricing for the 2022-23 campaign along with the introduction of a specific pricing structure for supporters that want to purchase a season ticket in the Quarry Lane Stand.
The news follows a continued pledge made by owners John & Carolyn Radford to reward season ticket holders for their continuing loyalty.
This news is also accompanied by the release of the Stags’ new ticketing platform with existing season ticket holders being invited to renew their seats online for the first time in the club’s history.
Chief executive David Sharpe said: “Throughout the 2021-22 campaign, the togetherness between the fans and club created something special which spurred the team to concluding the season in the Play-Off Final at Wembley.
“Although we didn’t achieve the result we had hoped for, the conclusion of the season was a testament to the work of so many and demonstrates the foundation we continue to build across the club.
“There are significant developments planned throughout this summer with the release of the new ticketing platform being just the first of these exciting additions."
Existing Mansfield Town season ticket holders will be able to access their new online ticketing account FROM the afternoon of Wednesday (08 June) via new provider, Kaizen Ticketing.
The new online ticketing account comes as part of the club’s aim to advance and simplify the ticket purchasing process for supporters and allows season tickets to be held virtually as an e-ticket or in the Apple Wallet.
Existing season ticket holders
Existing season ticket holders will receive an email throughout the afternoon of Wednesday (08 June) from ‘Box Office’ with the title: 'Activate Your Account'. The email will contain a link to provide access a new online ticketing account where supporters will be asked to set a password for future access.
The club asks that supporters ensure all accounts include current addresses and contact information, so we have the most up to date contact information for our season ticket holders.
Once logged in, account holders will be able to renew existing season tickets by going to the 'Your Account' area and clicking on 'Convert Reservations'. Please select the ticket(s) you would like to purchase and proceed to the checkout to pay. Reservations have been made based on the seating allocations for season ticket holders from the 2021-22 season.

When are season tickets on sale?
Existing season ticket holders will be invited to renew their tickets through an activation email from Wednesday 08 June. Existing season ticket holders will then be able to renew their seats throughout the duration of the ‘early bird’ window.
‘Early bird’ season tickets will then become available from Monday 13 June for prospective new season ticket holders. The window of purchasing an ‘early bird’ season ticket runs from Monday 13 June until 9am on Monday 04 July.
Season tickets will then go on general sale from Monday 04 July after 10am, with prices applicable to the general pricing structure.
Can I purchase in person or over the phone?
If you are unable to access a digital account, from 1pm on Wednesday 08 June, existing season ticket holders can renew their seats for the 2022-23 season in person from the club’s ticket office at One Call Stadium.
Alternatively, supporters can call 01623 482 482 (opt 1) to renew over the phone.
What is the pricing structure for 2022-23 season tickets?
The pricing for 2022-23 season tickets at One Call Stadium is as follows, with the introduction of specific pricing for season ticket holders located in the Quarry Lane stand:
Supporters aged six and under are entitled to a FREE season ticket, but must be accompanied by a paying adult, who should also apply for the season ticket on behalf of the supporter aged six and under.
By renewing/purchasing a season ticket you are confirming that you have read the club’s terms and conditions - this includes the club’s reserved right to move season ticket holders’ seats as it deems fit in the event that social distancing measures are introduced on a matchday at One Call Stadium.

Any season ticket holder for 2022-23 can purchase seasonal matchday hospitality for just £795 (plus VAT) from 1pm on Wednesday 08 June until 5pm on Friday 01 July.
After this time, seasonal hospitality will go on general sale at a price of £845 (plus VAT).

As a season ticket holder from 2021-22 will I be able to choose my own seat upon renewing?
Season ticket holders’ seats from 2021-22 will be reserved until 9am on Monday 04 July. After this time, they will go on general sale.
Once I have purchased a season ticket, when will my season card be available to collect?
We will notify supporters via social media and our official website when season ticket cards will be available to collect. Supporters purchasing online will also have the opportunity to select to obtain their season ticket digitally either as an e-ticket or to include in their Apple Wallet.
What should I do if I’m an existing season ticket holder and I don’t receive an email?
Emails will be distributed throughout the afternoon of Wednesday 08 June. If you had a Season Ticket with us in the 2021-22 season and have not received an email by 5pm on Wednesday 08 June please contact the ticket office so we can ensure the email address we have for you is accurate.
