Stags’ under-18s return to action this weekend when they face Harrogate in the EFL Youth Alliance League at York St John Sports Park (12pm kick-off).
The amber and blue were in cup action last time out, losing 3-1 to Group F leaders Bolton in the Youth Alliance Cup.
Mansfield will be hoping to make it two successive league victories, after a 1-0 victory against Burton Albion gave the Stags three points in their last Youth Alliance League fixture.
Taylor Anderson’s first-half goal was enough to clinch a win for the Stags at The RH Academy.
Harrogate, like Mansfield, have played six Youth Alliance League fixtures this season, winning two and losing four.
The North Yorkshire side also won their last league match, a 1-0 victory against Rotherham.
Mansfield’s young guns will be free to watch for supporters who make the trip to York St John Sports Park. Kick-off for Saturday’s game will be 12pm.
Any supporters experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend the game.
The match will be played at the following venue: Nestle Rowntree Park, Haxby Road, York, YO31 8TA.
