The RH Academy are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join them as academy cook.
The cook will be responsible for the planning, preparation and service of balanced meals and snacks that meet the nutritional requirements of nine to 18-year-old academy players, along with staff and parents.
The cook will oversee all kitchen operations, maintain safe and sanitary facilities, alongside ensuring safe food preparation, storage and disposal, in accordance with food handling practices and safety regulations.
Working days for this position are Saturdays and Sundays during the football season (August-May), plus evening work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
