Mansfield Town slash season ticket prices

7 June 2021

Mansfield Town has cut season ticket prices by 33% to existing season ticket holders for 2021-22, the club is delighted to announce.

The news follows the pledge made by owners John & Carolyn Radford to reward season ticket holders from 2020-21 for their incredible loyalty.

It follows the club’s announcement in April to give a FREE ‘third shirt’ to every season ticket holder, with their name engrained on the front of the jersey.

In a further boost to Stags’ supporters, early bird season ticket prices have also been slashed.

Chief executive officer David Sharpe said: “The club’s owners, John & Carolyn, vowed to reward season ticket holders for their outstanding support in 2020-21 and these season ticket prices, along with a complimentary free shirt, reflect that pledge.

“We want to repay the support of everybody who has stuck with us throughout the past year.

“We have delivered a cost-effective new season ticket pricing structure, which sees Early Bird prices at their lowest in four years.

“Our supporters are the lifeblood of Mansfield Town and it has been an extraordinary year without them at One Call Stadium.

“It will be a historic moment when we can reunite at One Call Stadium next season and we hope to give our fans a season to enjoy.”

Season ticket holders from 2020-21 can renew their season ticket from 10am on Wednesday 02 June at the One Call Stadium ticket office, until 5pm on Thursday 08 July.

You can renew your season ticket within the aforementioned time windows by:

Season ticket holders’ seats from 2019-20 will be reserved until close of business on Thursday 08 July, after which time they will go on general sale.

Supporters aged six and under are entitled to a FREE season ticket, but must be accompanied by a paying adult, who should also apply for the season ticket on behalf of the supporter aged six and under.

By renewing/purchasing a season ticket for 2020-21 you are have read the club’s terms and conditions  - this includes the club’s reserved right to move season ticket holders’ seats as it deems fit in the event that social distancing measures are introduced on a matchday at One Call Stadium. For the avoidance of doubt, renewal prices for 2021-22, relate only to supporters who remained a season ticket holder from 2020-21 in its entirety.

Do you have a question that needs answering? View our Frequently Asked Questions on season tickets for 2021-22 below.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

When will fans be allowed to watch games inside One Call Stadium?
As long as the government does not alter the current guidelines, we are expecting our first home pre-season friendly to be the first date when fans are allowed back inside One Call Stadium. This fixture, and its details, will be announced in due course.

How many fans will be allowed to watch games at One Call Stadium next season?
We are planning for the stadium to be at full capacity.

Will I need to provide evidence of my receiving the COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID test prior to entering the stadium next season?
Under the current guidelines, we are not anticipating a necessity for providing proof of a vaccination or a negative test. However, if these guidelines alter, we will announce more information as and when necessary.

As a season ticket holder from 2020-21 will I be able to choose my own seat upon renewing?
Season ticket holders’ seats from 2020-21 will be reserved until 5pm on Thursday 08 July. After this time, they will go on general sale.

Once I have purchased a season ticket, when will my season card be available to collect?
We will notify supporters via social media and our official website when season ticket cards will be available to collect.

Will Quarry Lane memberships be available next season?
The club is looking at the possibility of continuing the Quarry Lane membership scheme. However, due to EFL rules the cost of the membership will have to increase. We will announce more on Quarry Lane memberships in due course.

Will I need to wear a mask inside One Call Stadium?
By the time our first home match is played, it is not expected to be mandatory for face coverings to be worn. However, supporters should make their own decision in relation to their own personal safety and circumstances in deciding whether to wear a face covering inside the stadium.

What measures do I need to be aware of during a matchday at One Call Stadium next season?
Social distancing guidelines are expected to change by the time our first home game is played. Please keep yourself aware of these guidelines. In any case, hand sanitisers will be available around the ground for your use.

Will Sandy’s Bar & Kitchen be open before and after games?
Yes. As anticipated, should social distancing guidelines be removed by the time we play our first home game then Sandy’s Bar & Kitchen will operate as normal. We also have an external fans’ zone bar where the previous merchandise was located outside Sandy’s.

Will I be able to book a seasonal parking space at the stadium?
Disabled season ticket holders will receive priority for a seasonal parking space. Other season ticket holders can book a seasonal parking space on a first-come first-served basis by telephoning the club on 01623 482 482 (option 1).

Will I be able to park at the ground on a match-by-match basis (without a seasonal parking pass)?
Parking is extremely limited at One Call Stadium. However, a small amount of parking will be available on a first-come-first-served basis at £5 per vehicle. This cannot be pre-booked.
Please note there will be a Parking Eye system activated at the ground. Any illegal parking will be subject to a £100 fine.

I wish to buy a season ticket to support the club but would prefer to watch the games online from home via iFollow Stags. Is this possible?
This has not yet been determined by the EFL, but we expect it to be highly unlikely under normal circumstances. Prior to the pandemic, fans inside the UK and Ireland could watch games on iFollow Stags provided that:

  • They fall outside of UEFA’s Article 48 Blocked Hours (14:45-17:15 on a Saturday). Please note matches that kick-off at 1pm fall into the blocked hours category and are not available for live viewing
  • They fall outside Bank Holidays
  • They have not been selected for broadcast on Sky Sports

More news will be communicated in due course.

What do I do if I lose my season ticket card?
A £5 administration fee will have to be paid in place of a match ticket to gain entry into the ground. Lost or stolen season tickets will be charged at £15 for a replacement.

I have a query not mentioned above. Who do I contact?
Please e-mail ticketoffice@mansfieldtown.net or call 01623 482 482 (option 1) from 10am until 5pm on Monday to Friday and our ticket office staff will be happy to assist you.
