Midfielder Alistair Smith has signed for Altrincham on a free transfer.
The move for the 21-year-old includes future incentives for Mansfield in the event of a prospective transfer.
Smith joins the National League outfit on a permanent basis following an initial loan to the Robins in mid-November.
