The Stags head to Keepmoat Stadium this weekend for tomorrow afternoon’s (Saturday 04 December) Emirates FA Cup second round tie away at Doncaster United (3pm).

Fellow defender Richard Nartey is back in training having not featured since September due to injury.

Striker Danny Johnson is still expected to be out for up to two more weeks as he recovers from an ankle injury he sustained in the fine 6-3 home victory to Newcastle under-21s last month.

Last Saturday’s well-fought 2-1 victory away at Crawley was the Stags’ third away win in four matches.

Doncaster beat Scunthorpe 1-0 away in the first round of the Emirates FA Cup.

Rovers sit 23rd in Sky Bet League One .
