Tickets are on sale for Stags’ first away clash of the season, a trip to Colchester United on Tuesday 17 August, with a 7:45pm kick-off.
TICKET INFORMATION
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, our hosts have introduced a new ticketing system, meaning tickets will unfortunately not be available to purchase from the Stags’ ticket office.
In order to gain entry to the match, Stags’ supporters are required to purchase a ‘Match Permit,’ via Colchester’s online ticketing platform.
Match permit prices will see a small increase if purchased within a week of the fixture, and another increase on matchday.

Carers for disabled supporters are entitled to one free ticket for the game.
No tickets will be available to purchase in person or via telephone, with the exception of ambulant and wheelchair disabled supporters (on DLA or PIP), who must purchase tickets by calling Colchester United on 01206 755161 between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.
To purchase a permit, visit colutickets.com and click ‘Register’ in the top right of your screen. Once you have registered an account, hover over the ‘Tickets’ section in the menu bar and select ‘Match Tickets.’ Alternatively, when you've set up your account, visit this link to purchase tickets for the game.
After you’ve selected your seating area, add the number of match permits you would like to purchase. You can also type in a ‘Bubble Name,’ which will allow you to sit with members of your party. Please ensure all members of your party use the same ‘Bubble Name.’
Once you have filled in the relevant fields when purchasing your match permits, click ‘Next.’ You will be taken to an order summary page, where after reviewing your order, you can click ‘Buy.’
After adding your card details and clicking ‘Pay,’ you should receive a confirmation email for the match permits you have purchased. Then, in the ‘Dashboard’ section of your account, you should see the permits you have purchased under ‘Match Permits.’
Permits can be purchased up until kick-off, but Colchester have encouraged visiting fans to purchase in advance of matchday to avoid any last-minute issues. Tickets are only available via the method above, and will not be on sale anywhere else.
The turnstiles at the JobServe Community Stadium are equipped with scanners that will read a permit from a printout or mobile phone screen.
TRAVEL GUIDE
The distance from One Call Stadium to Colchester United is 160.7 miles when travelling by car, with the journey taking approximately three hours.
The U's play at the JobServe Community Stadium, United Way, Colchester. The stadium holds a capacity of 10,105 (all seated). The relevant postcode for the ground is CO4 5UP.
Parking is available to book on a first-come, first-served basis at the stadium, via your account 'Dashboard' on colutickets.com (see above).

The Stags Supporters' Association will be providing family friendly coach travel to the game. The coach will depart from One Call Stadium at 2pm. Travel prices are as follows:
