Matchday ticket booth closed this Saturday

18 August 2021

Due to some of our matchday ticketing staff being forced to self-isolate, we are encouraging supporters to purchase tickets online via stagstickets.co.uk for this weekend’s match at home versus Bradford City.

Our matchday ticket booth will not be open on Saturday due to staff shortages, so to avoid long queues at the main ticket office window, we are requesting that fans purchase tickets online for Saturday’s much-anticipated fixture.

To further ease queues on matchday, supporters can gain access to One Call Stadium by scanning an e-ticket on their mobile phone screen at the turnstiles.

E-tickets are available when purchasing via stagstickets.co.uk, and allow you to enter One Call Stadium without the need to collect or be in possession of a physical ticket.

In order to get your e-ticket, you must first purchase your match ticket from stagstickets.co.uk, before selecting the ‘Print at Home’ option.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once this option has been selected. Once you have received your email, download your ticket by selecting the download prompt within the confirmation email.

You will then be presented with an e-ticket barcode, which allows you to enter One Call Stadium by scanning your mobile phone screen at the turnstiles.

We thank you for your anticipated understanding and apologise for any potential inconvenience this may cause.
