We are delighted to announce that versatile left-back Stephen McLaughlin has extended his contract at One Call Stadium until the summer of 2022.
The 30-year-old has made 38 appearances for the Stags since signing in September of last year, impressing in numerous positions.
It follows news that defender James Perch will also be at the club for another year.
Manager Nigel Clough said: “We’re delighted for Stephen to be on board with us for next season.
“He’s done very well in a number of positions. His versatility is important for us; he’s slotted in well at left-back, midfield or in a wide role.
“He’s a valuable member of our squad and is a good, experienced professional.”
