Here is all you need to know about signing up for and watching matches on iFollow Stags.
iFollow Stags is the only place you can watch our fixtures this season whilst games are played behind closed doors.
iFollow Stags could generate significant and much-needed revenue for the club whilst supporters are not allowed inside football stadia and we urge all supporters to purchase a match pass for live games.
Home and away matches will be available to view live until further notice. Season ticket holders for the 2020/21 campaign are able to watch home league games for FREE, however, will still be required to purchase match passes for away games.
Home league matches broadcast on Sky Sports will be available to view on iFollow Stags for season ticket holders only. All other fixtures (i.e. away matches, all Carabao Cup matches and all EFL Trophy matches) selected for broadcast on Sky TV will not be available to watch on iFollow Stags.
Season ticket holders will also be required to purchase match passes for Carabao Cup and EFL Trophy fixtures, home or away.
Non-season ticket holders will be required to purchase match pass for home and away games in order to watch live on iFollow Stags.
Season ticket holders should contact the ticket office to provide them with their latest email address. This email address must be the same as your iFollow Stags account email address. Match passes cost just £10 and can be purchased by season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders.
However, to purchase a match pass, you will need to be signed up to iFollow Stags, or have an existing iFollow Stags account.

Next, you'll need to click 'See Packages,' which will take you to a page listing the different types of ways you can sign up to iFollow Stags.
If you would like to subscribe to iFollow Stags, you can select one of the two following options:
Monthly pass - £4.49
Season pass - £45.00
Monthly and season passes for iFollow Stags allow you to access a range of video content produced by the club. This includes:
- Extended highlights
- News conferences (in full)
- Post-match interviews (in full)
- Features
- Live match audio commentary
As stated above, iFollow Stags subscribers are able to listen to full live-match audio commentary on every Mansfield game - home and away - this season. Audio passes are available to non-subscribers at a price of £2.50 per game.
Please note that purchasing a monthly or seasonal pass does not include live match video.
To register for a basic account, select 'Basic Pass' on the packages screen. Please be aware that basic pass holders cannot access exclusive video content produced by the club, which includes full news conferences, interviews, extended highlights, features and more.
Once you have selected your package, complete the necessary fields before selecting 'Create Account'.
Purchasing a match pass
Purchasing a match pass for Mansfield Town matches in the 2020/21 season is simple.
Firstly, select 'Next Match' from the 'iFollow Stags' drop-down menu on mansfieldtown.net.
You will then need to click 'Buy a Video Match Pass' on the right-hand side of your screen.
After this, you'll be prompted to add your payment information (if you have not done so previously), before clicking 'Pay'.
Season ticket holders
From Saturday 31 October, when the Stags play at home to Walsall, all season ticket holders' iFollow accounts will be automatically granted access to the live video stream for home league games.
There will be no need to input promo codes and supporters will simply need to log into their iFollow account.
We have provided the EFL with season ticket holders' email addresses (data is being passed securely and purely for the purpose of providing access to iFollow).
It is therefore essential that season ticket holders use the same e-mail address registered on their iFollow account to the one which we have on our season ticket database (which is the e-mail from which you have previously received the promo codes for home league games).
If you already have an iFollow account registered using the same email as the club has for your season ticket account, you do not need to do anything else, simply log into your iFollow account on the match day (from Saturday 31 October).

How season ticket holders can check for access
In order for fans to check whether they have been granted access to the Season Ticket Licence, it's a simple three-step process to do so.
- Log in to iFollow on your club website
- Click their name in the navigation bar to get to their 'My Account page'
- Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'
If they have been granted access, they will see 'Season Ticket - name of club' listed here.
International subscribers
Want to follow the Stags from outside of the UK? You can do so by purchasing an international video season or monthly pass.
International video season passes are priced at £140, whilst monthly passes cost £20 (per month).
Match passes are available at £7 per game for supporters based outside of the UK.
International subscriptions allow supporters to access the club's video output, on top of being able to watch every Stags' game live, home and away.
FAQs:
Can I register and watch live games as a new user on the new EFL app?
Unfortunately, the function to register as a new user on the iFollow app is not available. The technicalities of the app are not created by the club so we cannot alter this.
New users therefore must register an account via a desktop/laptop. They can then use their log in details to log on to the app and watch live games.
Existing users will have had their current registration migrated onto the new app and should sign in as normal.
I am a season ticket holder for 2020-21. However, when supporters are allowed to return to football stadia I may not feel comfortable returning in the current climate. Can I still watch home games live on iFollow Stags when supporters are allowed back inside the ground?
This has not yet been determined. The EFL will liaise with clubs regading this in due course and we will let supporters know of this outcome as soon as possible.
