During the Easter break, we’ll be hosting an Easter soccer camp at The RH Academy – the club’s training ground - for budding young players from the under-6 to under-16 categories.
On Monday 06 April, Thursday 09 April, Tuesday 14 April and Friday 17 April, we’ll be holding the camp for boys and girls in the under-6 to under-12 age categories.
The under-13 to under-16 boys’ and girls’ camps will take place on Thursday 09 April and Friday 17 April only.
Each camp will be hosted from 10am until 3pm at The RH Academy. The cost to attend the camp is £20 per day.
Participants are asked to bring a packed lunch, drinks, shin pads, clothing for all weather conditions and suitable footwear for grass or 3G pitches.
The camp will be delivered by the Mansfield Town academy staff, who are all UEFA B Licence + Qualified, EFAIF Level 2 First Aiders, FA Licensed coaches and have all completed enhanced DBS certificates.
Opportunities will also be available throughout the week to meet first team players and staff at The RH Academy.
Activities in our Easter soccer camp include:
- Small-sided games
- Themed possession practices
- Activation warm-ups
- Core skill competitions
- Five-a-side tournaments
- USA shootouts
- Footgolf
Neil Bainbridge, academy head of operations said: “We have now hosted many soccer camps due to the facilities available to us at The RH Academy, with each one a great success.
“Each day allows participants to be coached by our academy’s staff, which is a fantastic opportunity for any young players to learn more about the game.
“Alongside the learning experience that the soccer camp brings, the days are also packed with plenty of fun activities to keep the youngsters engaged in sport and active over the Easter break.”

We advise those interested to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment, as slots are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
