Last time out, the Stags produced a spirited display in two 60-minute halves against League One Peterborough United, losing 2-0.
This morning's game will be played in traditional fashion, a full 90 minutes divided into 45-minute halves.
Frontman Danny Rose returns from injury to start for the Stags, with new signings James Perch and Corey O'Keeffe making the bench.
