Making 161 league appearances for the Red Devils in the late 1990s, Sharpe has three Premier League titles, two FA Cups, one Football League Cup, three FA Charity Shields and a UEFA Cup Winners' Cup to his name from what was an illustrious playing career.
The former left winger was also named as the PFA Young Player of the Year in the 1990-91 season, and appeared for England on eight occasions.
Lee will appear in the Stags' 1861 Suite from 6.30pm, reflecting on his career as a player for one of the world's biggest clubs.
A photo with Lee is included in the price. The evening will also consist of a two course meal, a top comedian, a raffle and an auction.
