Stags' boss John Dempster and midfielder Otis Khan have been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two Manager and Player of the Month awards for October.
John Dempster guided his side to 10 points and 12 goals in five games in October, including a stunning 6-1 win over Oldham Athletic at One Call Stadium, and impressive away victories against Grimsby Town and Forest Green Rovers.
Khan, 24, assisted three times in October and was also voted as the Stags supporters' Player of the Month.
The winners of each monthly award from the Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One and Sky Bet League Two will be announced on Friday 08 November, and will be decided by a panel comprising of former Barnsley manager Danny Wilson, Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; EFL Communications Director Mark Rowan, and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
