Sandy's Bar & Kitchen is taking Christmas bookings ahead of the festive period.
The Christmas menu will be available from Sunday 01 December until Tuesday 24 December from midday until 9pm Monday to Saturday and midday until 5pm on Sundays, with the exception of Saturday 07 December and Saturday 21 December, when the Stags are at home. On these dates, the Christmas menu will be available from 7pm until 9pm.
The Christmas menu is available for just £12.95 for two courses or £15.95 for three courses. A children's two-course meal is priced at £5.95.

STARTER
Roasted chestnut and parsnip soup, served with mini wholemeal tin loaf (v)
Chicken liver parfait with toasted brioche and red onion and fig chutney
Smoked salmon and beetroot gravadlax terrine, Sakura cress and horseradish & dill creme fraiche
MAIN
Roast breast of Nottinghamshire turkey, all the trimmings & cranberry and red wine jus
Seared salmon fillet, orange infused fondant potato, confit cherry tomatoes and lemon butter
Slow roast belly of pork, grain mustard potato puree, smoked bacon crisp and caramelised apple jus
Mushroom, hazelnut, cranberry and Brie Wellington, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables & wild mushroom sauce (v)
DESSERT
Traditional Christmas pudding with rum & raisin ice cream
Baked vanilla cheesecake with Oreo biscuit base & vanilla seed ice cream
Cheddar cheese board, chutney, celery and biscuits
Warmed chocolate and salted caramel fondant with toffee popcorn garnish

Each booking will require a non-refundable £5 deposit per person and large group bookings will require meals to be pre-ordered.
