Loan update

21 November 2019

Let's take a look at how Stags' loanees have been performing at their respective clubs...

Tyrese Sinclair, Radcliffe FC

The 18-year-old attacking midfielder has proven to be a fantastic signing for BetVictor Northern Premier League side Radcliffe.

He has become a mainstay in the Boro’s starting XI and won the club's player of the month award in September after registering two goals and three assists in his first five matches.

The youngster featured for Stags’ Reserves on Tuesday, scoring the last of the goals in an impressive 4-1 victory over Rotherham United.

Aiden Walker, Leek Town

Central defender Walker has made a solid start since joining Northern Premier League Division One South East side Leek.

The youngster scored for the Blues in a 5-2 FA Trophy win at Newcastle Town. He has since made two further appearances as his side make a push for promotion to the seventh tier.

He started for the Reserves on Tuesday, scoring the third in the win against Rotherham.

Jason Law, Leek Town

Versatile forward Law has made four appearances since signing for Leek last month, helping his side to two wins.

The 20-year-old’s only goal so far came on his debut as he headed home from close range, helping his side to a 2-2 draw against Newcastle Town.

Like fellow loanees Sinclair and Walker, Law featured for Stags’ Reserves, playing the full 90 minutes at RH Academy.

Tom Fielding, Ilkeston Town

The midfielder joined Northern Premier League Division One South East side Ilkeston at the last month and made a fantastic impression instantly.

The 20-year-old came off the bench to inspire a brilliant comeback on his debut against Sheffield FC as his side ended up 3-2 victors after being two goals down with little more than 20 minutes to play.

He has since made two further appearances, featuring in a 3-1 defeat to Bedworth United and a 2-2 draw with Frickley Athletic.
