Mansfield Town Ladies have been nominated for the Club of the Year Award by the Nottinghamshire FA.
The Stags are among the shortlist for the award – in association with the FA and McDonald’s - alongside two other clubs.
The Stagettes have been recognised for going ‘above and beyond,’ and will discover if they have been crowned as the Club of the Year at the Nottinghamshire FA awards evening on Friday 27 September 2019.
Ladies’ director of football Allan Woodfield says that being shortlisted for the award is an ‘honour.’
“It’s a great honour and we are proud to be shortlisted for this coveted award,” he said.
“It follows a lot of hard work that has gone into the club, and it’s a sign of recognition that the club is moving in the right direction.
“We are a big club in the county and we want to keep moving in that right direction.
