One of the modern Manchester United greats, Irwin was a consistent left-back with a keen eye for goal, scoring 33 times in 529 appearances for the Red Devils in his career.
Irwin's honours list includes seven Premier League titles, three FA Cups, one League Cup and one Champions League - which was earned on that famous night in Barcelona in 1999.
Denis will make an appearance in the 1861 Suite from 7pm, reflecting on his illustrious career.
The evening will also include a two-course meal, a comedian and a raffle. Tickets for the event cost just £34, or £320 for a table of ten.
