Mansfield Town boss John Dempster’s first team squad will travel to Amendoeira, Portugal, for an intensive week of pre-season training from Monday 01 July 2019, returning Monday 08 July.
The Stags will be based at the same training site as last pre-season – in a week which laid a solid foundation for the Sky Bet League Two campaign.
The club has been liaising with a FIFA licensed representative who is actively seeking a suitable opposing team to face in a friendly match during Stags’ one-week stay.
Furthermore, supporters will be able to watch Stags’ players in an open training session at a venue and date to be confirmed.
The club will be providing daily updates to supporters from the heart of the Stags’ training camp via its official website, iFollow Stags (the club’s premium online channel) and official social media platforms.
