Stags’ under-18s will look to make it three games unbeaten on Saturday 23 March when they take on Huddersfield Town under-18s at PPG Canalside (12pm kick off).
Mansfield’s last game saw them draw 2-2 with Rotherham United, despite leading twice through academy top scorer Jimmy Knowles.
The last time the Stags met this weekend's opponents, Huddersfield, Mansfield emerged as 1-0 victors, with Knowles getting the only goal of the game at the RH Academy.
The Terriers have picked up their form recently, collecting four points in their last two games, including a 2-0 away win at Notts County last time out.
Should the Stags take all three points on Saturday, the amber and blue could move up to as high as second in the table and put pressure on leaders Grimsby.
Huddersfield, however, will be looking to maintain their upturn in form in an attempt to lift themselves off the foot of the table.
