Match preview: Crawley Town vs Stags

11 March 2019

Stags travel to face Crawley Town on Tuesday 12 March for our latest clash in Sky Bet League Two. Here's all you need to know ahead of the match...

Stags will be without long-term absentees Bobby Olejnik and Hayden White for the match.

Mansfield will also play Tuesday's clash without fowards Danny Rose (jaw), Craig Davies (ankle) and Jordan Graham (knee).

Leading goalscorer Tyler Walker returns from a two-match suspension and is in contention for Tuesday's clash.

Defender Matt Preston (knee) remains a doubt and will have to pass a scheduled late fitness test to be included in the squad, while fellow defender Ryan Sweeney is out with concussion, suffered in Saturday's match at Vale Park.

Midfielder Jimmy Smith is a long-term absentee for Crawley and will miss the game.

Stags will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing 2-1 defeat against Port Vale on Saturday. Nicky Ajose was on target for Mansfield in the second-half.

Crawley recorded an impressive 2-1 win over Grimsby on Saturday, with Ollie Palmer finding the net twice in the first-half.

We welcomed Crawley to One Call Stadium in January, and recorded a 1-0 victory thanks to Tyler Walker's 88th minute winner.

Surrey official Lee Collins will take charge of the match.

Mr Collins will be assisted by Andrew Laver and Stephen Finch. The fourth official is Stuart Butler.

Stags have received an initial allocation of 400 tickets for the clash (200 seating and 200 standing).

Parking at the stadium costs £5 which is allocated on a first come, first served basis. There is also some on-street parking nearby.

All fans are admitted to the Redz Bar, which is situated at the southern end of the ground. Supporters can purchase hot snacks and drinks, as well as alcoholic refreshments. The usual food offerings are available inside the ground, but no alcohol is available for away supporters.
