Our men arrived back for pre-season this morning!
After a group meeting with manager John Dempster, day one consisted of fitness testing, body compositions, muscle bulk, strength testing and counter movement jump testing at Fitness Flex in Mansfield.
The Stags will fly out to Portugal tomorrow for a 10 day training camp.
