Our first team began their opening training session of pre-season amidst radiant sunshine in Portugal.
Our men, who arrived last night, were put through their paces this morning by manager John Dempster.
Fitness coach Daryl Taylor, academy manager Richard Cooper and academy head of recruitment Jamie McGuire also headed various sessions in day one of our pre-season training camp.
