We're excited to announce that over the weekend commencing Saturday 20 April, we will host our first kids' football tournament at the new RH Academy training ground.
There will be six different age categories competing over two days, ranging from under-7s to under-12s.
Saturday 20 April will see the under-7s, under-8s and under-9s take to the pitch, while on Sunday 21 April, the under-10, under-11 and under-12 competitions will take place.
Depending on age, the number of players on each team in the tournaments will differ. The under-7 and under-8 tournaments will be five-a-side, the under-9 and under-10 competitions will be seven-a-side, whereas the under-11 and under-12 teams will feature nine players.
Entering a team into the tournament costs just £30. Information concerning the times of each individual tournament will be announced in due course.
The fun doesn't end at the final whistle, though, as we'll have a bouncy castle available for use, and a penalty shootout competition!
Food and drink will also be available on both days. There is also space for car parking at the RH Academy, at a cost of just £1 per vehicle.
