Travel guide: Bradford City

Next up for the Stags is a trip to face Bradford City on Sunday 29 December (3pm). Heading to the match? Here’s your travel guide…

The 67-mile journey should take approximately one hour and 23 minutes by car.

The Bantams play at Utilita Energy Stadium, Bradford. The stadium has a capacity of 24,840 (all seated). The relevant postcode for the ground is BD8 7DY.

On-street parking is available around the stadium, with large stretches of Midland Road and Queens Road generally being used by supporters for matchday parking.

There are several pubs and bars located near the ground. North Parade, a street situated 0.6 miles away from the ground (approximately a 12-minute walk) has a number of bars and pubs in which supporters can enjoy refreshments before and after the match.

The city’s leisure centre, The Broadway, has a Taco Bell, Subway, Burger King and various other eateries and is also around a 15-minute walk away. There is also a Greggs, Costa and McDonald's in Foster’s Squad shopping centre. Alcohol is not normally available inside the ground for away fans although food is on offer.

The Stags Supporters’ Association will be providing coach travel to Bradford. The coach will depart from Sandy’s Bar & Kitchen at 10:45am. Prices are as follows:
