Mansfield Town's Goal of the Season, as voted for by supporters, can now be revealed as Danny Rose's spectacular scissor-kick against Shaw Lane in the FA Cup!
The striker scored two goals in quick succession to send the Stags through to the next round of the competition, and the second of the pair, a stunning volley, has scooped the 'Goal of the Season' prize with 35.8% of the vote!
Rose's effort was closely followed by left-back Mal Benning's famous derby day winning goal away to Chesterfield (21.2%), and Alex MacDonald's thunderous strike away to Coventry finished third with 16.8%.
Stags' fans voted for their favourite goal over the weekend via a poll on the club's official website, www.mansfieldtown.net.
