There's plenty going on in the Sandy Pate Sports Bar this week! Here's your comprehensive 'What's On' guide...
TUESDAY - On Tuesday, the Stags will face Sheffield Wednesday for their third of four home pre-season fixtures against Championship opposition. The sports bar will be open from midday, serving the main menu from 4pm. At 5.30pm, the kiosk inside the bar will serve pies, chips, burgers and hot dogs. The bar will remain open until 11pm on Tuesday evening. Purchase your tickets for the match from www.stagstickets.co.uk.
WEDNESDAY - On Wednesday, we'll have our weekly poker night! It costs just £5 to buy in, and the winner could walk away with a tidy jackpot!
THURSDAY - We'll have our quiz night on Thursday, where participants can put their knowledge to the test on a range of categories. There will also be our card bingo game with a prize of £537 up for grabs!
FRIDAY - On Friday evening, a fan-organised event named 'Legends Live' will take place in the sports bar, which will see Stags' legends Richie Barker, Paul Cox and Adam Murray all appear to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. More information about the event can be found here.
SATURDAY - Stags have their final pre-season fixture on Saturday, when they will face Rotherham United at One Call Stadium. The bar will open at 9am, serving delicious cooked breakfasts until 11am. After this, the bar will not serve food from the main menu, although the matchday kiosk inside the bar will open at 12.30pm, serving pies, chips, burgers and hot dogs. The bar will begin to serve food from its main menu following the full-time whistle. The sports bar will remain open until 11pm after the match.
SUNDAY - Join us from midday until 5pm in the bar on Sunday, for one of our home-cooked Sunday roasts!
There is ample free parking for visitors to take advantage of in the main car park at One Call Stadium, situated outside the Sandy Pate Sports Bar to the rear of the Ian Greaves Stand. Although on a matchday, spaces in the car park are of high demand and work on a first come, first served basis.
