Handley to officiate Robins' clash

17 January 2018

The referee for Saturday's Sky Bet League Two clash at home to Cheltenham Town (3.00pm kick-off) will be Darren Handley.

Mr Handley will be assisted by Richard Wild and David Benton, whilst Michael D'Aguilar will be the fourth official.

Hailing from Lancashire, Mr Handley has officiated in the EFL for five years and usually takes charge of either League One or League Two matches.

The last time Mr Handley took charge of a Stags' game was our 1-1 draw away with Carlisle United in September 2017.

Cumbrians' striker Hallam Hope opened the scoring for Carlisle in the first half, with Calum Butcher equalising for the Stags in the second half after being introduced from the substitutes' bench for his debut.
