Hemmings speaks exclusively to The Stag this Saturday!

1 February 2018

Supporters attending this Saturday's Sky Bet League Two clash with Barnet can read an exclusive interview with frontman Kane Hemmings in The Stag, our matchday magazine.

The Stag will be available to purchase for just £3 from or ticket office on Quarry Lane, the merchandise stall outside the Sandy Pate Sports Bar, or any of our mobile magazine sellers.

And the stand-out feature of The Stag is undoubtedly the big interview with Oxford United loanee Kane Hemmings.

After going eight games without goal following his arrival at One Call Stadium, the former Rangers man has proved to be a vital part of the Stags' front line, chipping in with eight league goals as Steve Evans' men climbed into the top three with last week's win over Morecambe.

Hemmings speaks about how much he is enjoying life at One Call Stadium, as well as his hopes for success at the end of the season.

There's also a FREE pull-out poster of Hemmings for supporters to keep on page 40.

Elsewhere in The Stag, chairman John Radford and manager Steve Evans write to supporters in their respective notes, whilst supporters can read all the latest transfer news from One Call Stadium across six newsdesk pages.

Assistant manager Paul Raynor lauds frontman Omari Sterling-James following the former Solihull Moors' man's midweek hat-trick in the reserves, whilst academy boss John Dempster reflects on this season's U18s' cup competitions.

There will be nine pages to read on Saturday's visitors Barnet, including numerous little known facts about the Bees in The Lowdown and legendary goalkeeper Gary Phillips names his best XI from his time at Underhill.

Supporters can delve into the One Call Stadium archives in the back section of our matchday magazine, which includes unseen photos and features from yesteryear.

Furthermore, Stags' boss Steve Evans will be signing five copies of The Stag and if you're lucky enough to purchase a signed copy, you'll win two free tickets to our next Sky Bet League Two home game against Newport County!

All you have to do is take your signed edition to the ticket office, where our staff will verify the signature and present you with the tickets.

The Stag will be available to purchase for just £3 on Saturday.
