Stags' reserves will begin their Central League Cup campaign against Peterborough United this afternoon at the RH Academy (2pm kick-off), with free entry for supporters.
Stags' reserves are yet to play a Central League Cup fixture this season, despite today's visitors having already played twice in the competition.
Mansfield's second string are included in the North Central Group, alongside Peterborough, Doncaster Rovers, Notts County and Rotherham United.

In this year's Central League Cup, the winner from each of the four groups (North, North Central, South, South Central) will progress to the next round of the contest.
The winners of each group will face each other in a regionalised semi-final, with the winner of North facing North Central, and South coming up against South Central.
The victors of each of the regional semi-finals will face each other in the national final.
Despite being at least one game behind the other teams in North Central due to a postponed fixture against Doncaster, the Stags will soon catch up on their Central League Cup fixtures, with tomorrow's game starting a run of three cup matches in ten days.
