Stags' boss David Flitcroft has made four changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Stevenage at the Lamex Stadium on Tuesday night, for the huge derby game against Chesterfield this afternoon.
Skipper Zander Diamond returns to the side in the heart of defence to partner Krystian Pearce. Left-back Mal Benning also starts, following the three-game ban he served for the red card he was given in Good Friday's game against Accrington Stanley.
Midfielder Jacob Mellis and winger Alfie Potter also return to the side, having both featured as substitutes in Tuesday night's draw.
