Travel guide: Cheltenham Town

25 September 2017

We face Cheltenham Town in Sky Bet League Two tomorrow (Tuesday 26 September, 7.45pm kick-off) and this is all you need to know ahead of making the trip to Gloucestershire.

The match will take place at the LCI Rail Stadium, which has a capacity of 7,200.

It will take around two hours and 20 minutes to drive to the ground from One Call Stadium and the postcode is: GL52 5NA.

Parking at the ground is very limited and spaces are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The club does, however, operate a free park and ride service from Cheltenham racecourse, which welcomes away fans.

Taking the train to the fixture isn’t really a viable option because the only train departing Cheltenham Spa after the game returns to Mansfield at 10.00am the following day.

Stags’ fans can take advantage of family-friendly away travel with the Stags Supporters’ Association. The bus will be travelling to Gloucestershire at 3:30pm from the One Call Stadium car park.

Coach prices for the fixture are as follows:
Amber members: £10
Blue members: £15
Non-members: £20

To book your place on the coach, please call the SSA’s booking hotline on 07967 689597.

Supporters can enjoy a pre-match drink in a selection of pubs between the ground and the town centre, all within a short walk of the venue.

At the stadium there is a bar called ‘The Robins Nest’, which allows home and away fans prior to the match.

Tickets are on sale and we have received an initial allocation of 504 tickets in the Hazlewoods Stand for fixture.

Tickets will also be available to purchase on the night of the game, with no price increase.

Prices are as follows:

Adult: £21
Senior (65+): £15
Under 18 and student: £7 (student ID must be provided)
Wheelchair user: £15 (plus free carer)
Ambulant disabled: As per above price range (with free carer)

Disabled supporters must provide proof of middle or higher rate disability allowance to be eligible to receive a free carer ticket.

We have received four pairs of wheelchair user tickets, which will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis from the Stags' ticket office.

Tickets are available to purchase now by visiting us on Quarry Lane, or by calling 01623 482 482 (option 1).

Supporters have until midday on Tuesday 26 September to purchase their tickets in advance of the fixture.
