We are pleased to reveal our 2017 Christmas menu, which will be served in the Sandy Pate Sports Bar throughout December.
The three-course menu will be available from Friday 01 December to Sunday 24 December from 12.00pm until 9.00pm, with the exception of Saturday 16 and Saturday 23 December when the Stags are at home. On these dates, the Christmas menu will be available from 7.00pm until 9.00pm.
The Christmas menu is available for just £11.95 for two courses or £14.95 for three courses. A children's two course meal is £4.95.

Served on toasted brioche, aioli and mushroom flour
Roast parsnip and apple soup (v)
Served with bread roll and butter
Smoked salmon and cream cheese timbale
With cucumber relish
Chicken liver parfait
With red onion chutney and sourdough crutes
Notinghamshrie roast turkey breast
Carved roast turkey with all the trimmings, cranberry and red wine sauce
8-hour braised shin or beef bourgignon
Served with celeriac mash and roasted carrots
Goat's cheese and red onion pithivier (v)
Creamed spinach, wholegrain mustard and balsamic sauce
Pan seared fillet of salmon
With crushed new potatoes, green beans and lemon butter sauce
Christmas pudding (v)
Traditional fruity Christmas pudding served with rum and raisin ice cream
Baked vanilla cheesecake
Served with mulled spiced plums and vanilla ice cream
Cheddar cheese board (v)
Accompanied by chutney, celery and crackers
Served with salted caramel ice cream
Children's Christmas dinner
Roast turkey dinner and Christmas pudding or ice cream
