Our family stand is the perfect place for youngsters to watch this Saturday's Sky Bet League Two game against Grimsby Town (1.00pm kick-off) and there will be plenty of activities for them to enjoy!
A family ticket costs just £18 (one adult and one child) which offers a saving of up to £22 if the tickets were purchased elsewhere in the ground! Please note: family tickets can only be purchased in block A of the Ian Greaves Stand (lower tier).
Prior to the turnstiles opening at 11.30am for the family block, our furry mascots Sammy and Sally the Stag will be meeting supporters outside the Sandy Pate Sports Bar and posing for photographs!
Supporters with a ticket in the family block are permitted to enter One Call Stadium half-an-hour earlier than the rest of the stadium, with activities beginning straight away!
In the concourse behind the family area, we'll be holding a colouring competition! Youngsters will be given a blank sheet of paper and asked to a draw a Stags'-themed sketch, which could be published in our matchday magazine, The Stag! The winning artist will also receive a signed picture of Sammy and Sally the Stag.
From 12.00pm onwards, the mascots will be entertaining supporters in the family block by throwing footballs over the advertising boards for youngsters to head back, and they'll do some dancing with the kids!
We'll also have a face painting station in the concourse behind the family stand – you'll be able to get your face painted in Stags' colours for just 50p!
Furthermore, our supporter liaison officer will be handing out free sweet vouchers, giving kids the chance to take a lucky dip for a mystery sweet.
Sammy's Snack Box will be available to purchase from the kiosk in block A of the family stand, which includes: six chicken nuggets or fish bites, gingerbread, soft drink, sweets, crayons and a colouring sheet! This is all available for just £3.
Also, a pick 'n' mix cup full of delicious sweets is available for just £1.
Family tickets can only be purchased in person from our ticket office on Quarry Lane, or via telephone on 01623 482 482 (option 1).
