Stags again awarded five-star hygiene rating

21 November 2017

Mansfield Town Football Club has again been awarded a five-star hygiene rating by the Foods Standards Agency, we are delighted to confirm.

The rating applies to all areas at One Call Stadium, including the club's matchday kiosks, hospitality areas and Sandy Pate Sports Bar - a seven-day-a-week restaurant.

It is the highest accolade given by the government agency, which the club has now been awarded for a second successive season.

Operations director Tina Broughton believes the rating is largely due to the high standards of the club's staff.

"To be awarded  a five-star rating is recognition of the club's excellent practices in respect to food and hygiene," said Mrs Broughton.

"As a club, we pledge to put our customers first and will endeavour to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness throughout One Call Stadium.

"The club is continuing to grow and develop in a number of ways and this latest rating by the Foods Standards Agency reflects the high standards of our talented staff for the benefit of our customers on a daily basis."
