Tickets no longer available for derby game

25 November 2017

As part of the club’s endeavours to maximise its capacity at One Call Stadium for today's local derby at home to Chesterfield, Mansfield Town Football Club remind supporters that tickets for the match can no longer be purchased.

For the avoidance of doubt, tickets will not be sold on the day of the match. Kick-off is at 1pm.

As of 17:00GMT Friday 24 November, a total of 7,815 tickets have been sold for tomorrow's match. This figure includes 1,664 away fans.

EFL regulations state that the club must reserve 10% of its stadium capacity if match tickets are sold on the day of the game.

However, the club can sell-out its total capacity prior to a match, though if this policy is activated the club cannot sell tickets on the day of the game.

Therefore, in an attempt to maximise revenue and help create a vociferous atmosphere for the club’s players and management, tickets could only be purchased in advance of today's fixture.

Supporters are reminded that they must be seated in accordance to the seat issued on their purchased match ticket.

Tickets for the Chesterfield match can be collected at the ticket office this Saturday, but cannot be purchased anew.

Furthermore, tickets for our Emirates FA Cup round two tie at home to Guiseley on Sunday 03 December (2pm), can still be purchased this Saturday when our ticket office opens at 9.30am.

Elsewhere, supporters should be aware that the Kevin Bird Suite will be unavailable for use today because of additional hospitality.

Fans should also be aware that the gate between the North Stand and Ian Greaves Stand will be closed from 9.30am until a time after the match when police and safety officials deem appropriate.

Parking at One Call Stadium will be extremely limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Parking is advisable at the Müller depot (formerly known as The Dairy Crest) which costs just £3 per vehicle, with 80% of the fee heading towards selected charities at the end of each football season.
