An exciting opportunity has arisen at Mansfield Town Football Club's academy for an enthusiastic, proactive and hardworking individual to join our successful academy programme. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the Professional Development Phase coaches to deliver and oversee the development of under 16 - under 21 goalkeepers within the academy. 

Hours of work will be specific weekdays and weekends. The candidate will be required to have an excellent understanding of the technical requirements of young goalkeepers with practical coaching experience and also have previous experience of working within a player development programme. 

-Manage all aspects of the goalkeeping coaching programme within the academy's under 16s - under 21s teams

-Provide individual players with their performance reviews and action plans on a six-weekly programme

-Self-evaluate all sessions delivered within the goalkeepers coaching programme

-To ensure all sessions are logged on the individual player's performance plan on the PMA

-Work closely with all academy staff to discuss individual performance development of the goalkeepers within the academy

-Co-ordination of academy goalkeepers to cover all fixtures in the under 16s - under 21s games 

-Provide coaching staff with assistance and cover within the Wednesday game programme

-FA Goalkeeping B Licence

-FA Youth Module 1, 2 and 3

-FA Basic First Aid for Sport

-Enhanced DBS Certificate

-FA Safeguarding Certificate

-Experience of working within a professional football academy

-Understanding of EPPP and PMA

-FA Goalkeeping A Licence
