The EFL are looking for feedback on their commercial partners and by completing a short survey, Stags' fans could win one of the following brilliant prizes:
• A 2017/18 Mansfield Town replica shirt signed by manager Steve Evans
• A pair of tickets to the Carabao Cup Final at Wembley on Sunday 25 February 2018
